If your shipment was damaged in transit and this is apparent upon delivery, the best thing to do is reject the package and contact our
Rider Support to let them know you received damaged gear. Please take and send a couple photos showing the damage to the shipping box and product. We will make sure to send out a replacement to you or set you up with a refund, as soon as the damaged shipment has been returned to our warehouse.If your product was damaged in transit and you do not notice before opening it, you are still able to submit a return request to receive a replacement or refund for your product.
