When you send in a product for a return/exchange, the most important thing is that the product is still unused and in its original packaging. Essentially, we should be able to re-sell it in the state that you return it to us.
The product you send back to us also needs to include all the original shipping labels and product tags. In order to submit your return/exchange request, you will also have to provide the original proof of purchase. All of these requirements are essential for you to get fully refunded or complete your exchange for a new product. We can’t accept any returns that don’t fulfil all of these requirements and returns on discounted or sales items are not accepted either.
